Can I dial emergency services, such as 911 in the US or 112 in Europe, using my WestESIM?

Updated April 22, 2026

WestESIM is a data-only service, primarily designed to provide fast and reliable internet access. It does not include a local phone number for making traditional voice calls or SMS. Therefore, for dialing emergency services like 911 in the US or 112 across Europe, you must use your primary SIM card's voice service or a local landline. Alternatively, many modern smartphones allow emergency calls even without an active SIM, but relying on your primary SIM is the most dependable method for critical situations.
